The Process:
It is extremely important to follow a process where we learn about our clients, their service and/or product(s). This gives us the guidelines to plan the goals we need to meet for your new website. Once we have this information, we enter into the programming step. Here we create the skeleton and the blueprint of all the elements that will be included on your website. Once this is finished, we proceed onto the Alpha Design and Main Programming. With these elements we then incorporate them into a design that will work with your needs. Once you approve it, the project is finished and ready to be published and sumitted to search engines and pertinent web rings.

1. Gathering Information:
Our success with your project depends on our investigation about your product or service. It is very important for us to have full understanding of who you are and what you want to project for your visitors and prospects. For this we ask as much information as possible, which will also help us in creating your file in our database. At times, it may be necessary to meet your work team.
This process can be as fast as 1 hour, and from time to time, three days or more, depending on your business. Rarely have we required more than 72 hours, but this is not uncommon depending on the project. The reason for this is because there are not 2 identical businesses. Even businesses of the same industry have different methods to satisfy and approach their clients.
During this process, you will also get to know us better and get more familiarized with our team. This way, you can decide whether to user our services, our affiliates, or possibly a competitor. The desicion is yours.
2. Programming:
Once we gather the required information and reached a service agreement, we create a sitemap with all the elements that will be included in your new website. This is what we call the Alpha Design Stage.
During the programming process, we make sure that all elements work accordingly. These can include banner rings, languages, sections, categories, newletter, blog and mail engines, e-store, etc. A good example is our protal. We have various elements that still need to be included, while at the same tie we keep it clean and easy to navigate to check for errors, module locations and future possibilities, before the final design.
3. Design:
Once completed the design process with the alpha pattern, we have a better perspective of the website's navigation flow. We prefer working on the design after the programming phase because this allows us to implement all your elements in a cleaner manner than if we were to implement the elements within a pre-defined limited design. We know you'll want to expand in the future, and this will ensure that you do.
This process can last a bit longer depending on your preferences with color, positioning, etc. We are not satisfied until you are, and this is what has set us apart from the competition.
4. Conclusion:
This cannot be considered a step, however, this is where we conclude our design & programming agreement for your website. Once finished, you can request additional services such as maintenance, hosting, etc.
